Toasted Coconut Lime Pudding Pops

Recipe from Homemade Popsicle Recipes: 60+ Fruity, Pudding, Coffee, & Tea Popsicles with Bonus Recipes for Pup-Sicles

Prep: 10 min  Freeze: 2 hrs  Yield: 10

Ingredients

1 small box (3.4 oz) instant coconut cream pudding mix

2 cups of cold whole milk

¼ cup toasted shredded coconut

Zest of 1 lime

Directions

• In a bowl, combine the pudding mix, milk, and zest of 1 lime and mix on med/high for 2-4 minutes, until well blended.
• Stir in the shredded coconut.
• Pour into molds leaving 1/4“ space, cover, add sticks, and freeze for 2 hours.
