Caramel Coffee Popsicles Recipe

Caramel Coffee Popsicles

Recipe from Homemade Popsicle Recipes: 60+ Fruity, Pudding, Coffee, & Tea Popsicles with Bonus Recipes for Pup-Sicles

Prep: 10 min  Freeze: 8 hrs  Yield: 10

Ingredients

2 ½ cups brewed coffee

1 cup milk

¼ cup caramel sauce

2 Tbs sugar

Caramel sauce for drizzling

Coarse salt, chocolate syrup (Optional)

Directions

• Brew the coffee and set aside.
• In a saucepan over medium heat, add the milk, caramel sauce, and sugar. Stir constantly until caramel and sugar dissolve and everything is thoroughly combined.
• Stir in the coffee. Set aside to cool completely.
• Pour into molds leaving 1/4“ space, cover, add sticks, and freeze for 8 hours or overnight.
• After removing frozen popsicles from molds, drizzle with caramel sauce, coarse salt and / or chocolate syrup.
