Sardines Mexican Ceviche Style

Ingredients
Splash of lemon juice
1 jalapeno, diced
1 sprig cilantro, chopped
1 green onion
1 red onion
1 tomato
1 cucumber, diced
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 can sardines in water, drained
Corn tortillas
Olive oil
Hot sauce
Directions
- In a bowl, mix the lemon juice, jalapeno, cilantro, green onion, red onion, tomato, cucumber, sardines, salt, and pepper.
- Place in the refrigerator for 2 hours to marinate.
- Fry the corn tortillas in the olive oil.
- Serve the ceviche on tortillas with hot sauce.
