Million Dollar Deviled Eggs

Recipe from Deviled Eggs: 30+ Recipes for Picnics, BBQ’s, Holidays, Parties, and Everyday Snacks

Prep: 15 min  Servings: 24

Ingredients

12 large hard-boiled eggs, peeled and halved

1/4 cup mayonnaise

2 Tbs butter, softened to room temperature

2 tsp yellow mustard

2 tsp sweet pickle juice

1/2 tsp sriracha, or to taste

Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

3 Tbs cooked bacon, crumbled

Directions

• In a bowl, add the egg yolks and mash with a fork. Add the mayonnaise, butter, mustard, pickle juice, Sriracha, salt, and pepper and stir to combine well.
• Spoon yolk mixture into egg white halves and top with the bacon crumbles.
• Refrigerate until ready to serve.
