Turkey Rub Seasoning Recipe

Recipe from Homemade Spice Mix Recipes: 62 Tasty Spice Blends and Seasonings for Vegetables, Meat Dishes and Fish

Rub on and under the turkey skin with or without butter up to 12 hours before cooking.

1 Tbs Kosher salt

1 Tbs chili powder

1 Tbs paprika

½ Tbs ground black pepper

½ Tbs onion powder

½ Tbs garlic powder

Dash of Cayenne

Ways to use: rub for turkey, chicken, pork
