Listing your daily top 3 priorities can make your week more productive. Simplify your to-do list by listing the top 3 priorities that need to be done each day. You will get more done than randomly selecting a task off of a long to-do list. 

The top 3 priorities will be the focus for the start of your day. Once you check off each one, then you can tackle the remaining tasks from the list. 

Plan your week with your journal first

Each week, have a journal session and set your intentions for the coming week. What needs to be done? What events are coming up? What has a deadline? What bills are due? Did you sign up for a webinar? 

List all the tasks, errands, house cleaning chores, business tasks, and anything else that needs to be done. 

Then pick out the top 3 that absolutely have to be done each day. Assign each one a time block—how much time should it take to get the task done? Once these are checked off for the day, then you can tackle the smaller tasks and get more done in your week.
