Spirit Animal Journals

Spirit animal journals are a place to discover messages from your animal spirit guides, totems, and companions through journaling and self-discovery.

If you feel connected to an animal, journaling and meditating on their qualities and what draws you to them will help you discern what they may be trying to tell you.

In my Magic Heron Newsletters, I present a new Spirit Animal each time I publish the newsletter. It is always an animal that has come to me in some way during the 2 weeks I’ve been working on the newsletter. If you already know your spirit animal, guide, totem, or companion, I have recently published several Spirit Animal Journals on Etsy where you can meditate and journal through the messages you have received to better understand how your animal is trying to help you through your current situation.

There are many resources to learn about Spirit Animals and some of my favorite books and websites are listed below. As always, follow your intuition. Use the resources only as a guide to further your journey, not as an absolute answer to any questions. Developing a relationship with your Spirit Animal takes time and intuitive work. All the answers are within you, but the resources can help you find your path.

The printable Spirit Animal Journals have pages for journaling, taking notes, affirmations, meditations, cards, and information on the animal. Print out the journal and use the pages in a binder, collage, junk journal, scrapbook, anywhere you want to expand your knowledge on your animal.
