Paleo Style Salmon Burgers

Recipe from Salmon Patties, Cakes and Burgers: 25 Best Fish Patty Recipes

Prep Time: 10m  Cook Time 10m  Ready in 20m  Servings 8

Ingredients

1 (14 ounce) can salmon, drained and flaked

1 cup crushed pork rinds

1/2 cup onions, chopped

2 eggs, beaten

3 Tbs mayonnaise

1 Tbs fresh parsley, chopped

2 tsp lemon juice

1/4 tsp garlic salt

1 Tbs olive or coconut oil, or more as needed

Variations:

Can use almond flour or gluten-free bread crumbs instead of the pork rinds.

Directions:

  • Mix salmon, pork rinds, onions, eggs, mayonnaise, parsley, lemon juice, and garlic salt together in a bowl.
  • Shape into patties.
  • Over medium heat, heat oil in a skillet.
  • Fry patties until browned, about 5 minutes per side.
