Firing on all cylinders—powered by salmon and maybe a peanut butter cookie
I’m always amazed at what a little salmon or fish oil does for the brain! I’m feeling much better today, have better mental clarity, and got some extra sleep. (I also made some peanut butter cookies which may have helped a little too!)
I’m working on the new cookbook today. This one will focus on 3 Ingredient Cookies. My all-time favorite cookie is the 3-ingredient peanut butter cookie. It’s easy and quick and bakes up in 10 minutes and I can satisfy that craving for something sweet with minimal time and ingredients that are always on hand without running to the store and spending more money.
So, I thought, surely there are more 3 ingredient cookie recipes out there that don’t require much fuss, and sure enough I found some. I’ll work on putting these recipes together and have a nice little cookie recipe book for my daughter and I (and you!) to grab when we have those cravings.
It’s going to be another hot day, around 105 degrees. Even as hot as it is, I’m not ready for summer to be over, although I could do without the temps being in the 100s. I like my summer days in the 80s and 90s. My daughter on the other hand, is ready for fall and all things pumpkin spice!
Do you have a favorite 3-ingredient cookie? Let me know what it is!
