Quick and Easy Lunch: 2-Ingredient Fish Stick Tacos

Prep: 5 minutes Cook: 10 minutes
Ingredients
2-3 frozen fish sticks, or amount desired
2 tortillas, either flour or corn
Other
Sriracha sauce
Add-ons: avocado, shredded cabbage, onion, jalapeno, cilantro, lime, or coleslaw
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
- Bake fish sticks 10 minutes, flipping once.
- When fish is done, assemble on the warmed tortillas (see below) with optional add-ons.
Warm the tortillas: Use either method below.
- On a gas stove: char the tortillas directly over a low to medium flame, using tongs to flip as one side browns. Take off heat.
- On an electric stove: heat a cast iron skillet over medium heat. Place the tortilla on the skillet until a few browned or darkened spots appear, then flip over and repeat.
- Wrap the tortillas in a towel to keep warm.
